Lazy chicken Turkish
I regularly make these lazy cakes and want to share the recipe with you. Chicken Turkish get rich layer of vegetables gives the dish the flavor, and combined with the gravy — a special richness. For cooking a lazy chicken-Turkish, you can use any minced meat (I had chicken-pork). Onions clean from the husk. Onion minced using a blender or grinder, then mix with the minced meat. Finely chop the parsley and combine with the mince, season with salt and pepper and add water, then mix everything thoroughly. Ready stuffing to lay out in a baking dish and send to cool in the fridge for half an hour.

Tomatoes and onions cut into slices. After the stuffing has cooled down, spread the top layer of tomatoes and onions at a time. Send the dish to be baked. Lazy bake patties at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
