Cooking
For cooking a lazy chicken-Turkish, you can use any minced meat (I had chicken-pork). Onions clean from the husk. Onion minced using a blender or grinder, then mix with the minced meat. Finely chop the parsley and combine with the mince, season with salt and pepper and add water, then mix everything thoroughly. Ready stuffing to lay out in a baking dish and send to cool in the fridge for half an hour.
Tomatoes and onions cut into slices. After the stuffing has cooled down, spread the top layer of tomatoes and onions at a time. Send the dish to be baked. Lazy bake patties at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Tomato paste dilute with water, add salt. After 20 minutes remove the pan from the oven, cover the casserole with tomato juice and continue to bake until Golden brown, until the liquid all evaporates.
Decorate a lazy kotlety Turkish parsley.
