Homemade sausages from my Granny
From Chernigov with love from my grandmother's delicious homemade sausage: juicy, flavorful. I love them cold at any time of the day :)

Ingredients

  • Intestine

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Pork

    3 kg

  • Fat

    700 g

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Natural shell rinse under running water from the salt, soak for 2 hours, then rinsed again

Cut the meat into pieces of 1. 5x1. 5 cm, fat smaller pieces (1 cm)

Garlic squeeze through chesnokodavilku (!), add salt, pepper, water, mix well the meat with your hands.

Fill the shell with stuffing. Usually, this is done using a special attachment from meat grinder or food processor. You can crop half-liter bottle and use the neck as a funnel. I took the cartridge from a lamp :)

To form sausages by twisting (twist is one way), but you can just cut the rectum and tie off the end, forming separate sausage.

The finished sausages to poke a thin needle in places where it has accumulated in the air, and place in boiling water for 7 minutes

Remove the sausages and place them in a sleeve for baking. There also put chopped bacon and a little butter. Place in the preheated oven for 1.5 hours. 10 minutes before the willingness to open sleeve top (careful not to burn yourself) and allow the sausages to brown.
