A long time ago (I think in the last century) we were invited to a wonderful wedding in Western Ukraine... from There and brought this recipe: simple and delicious. We dubbed it family very "original" (but always clear about what speech), so don't blame me if he is known to all under a different name.
To start, boil the meat, cool, cut into strips and lay the first layer. Pour mayonnaise. The recipe is supposed to beef, but if it's pork, the taste quality will not be affected in any way.
Now pickling onions. I'm doing this: cut it in half rings, pour the vinegar, add the sugar (1-2 table. spoons, but the proportions are approximate, try to taste), mix. Pour cold water (so the onions are not completely covered), leave on for 10-15 minutes. Spread the second layer, pour mayonnaise.
Eggs cut into slices and lay a third layer. Optional reserve one yolk for decoration. Mayonnaise.
That is, in principle, that's all. Now ready salad you can decorate with yolks, grated on a fine grater. On top lightly sprinkle with ground black pepper.
