Cooking
Prepare the dough according to this recipe: http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/541 78/. In the morning remove dough from refrigerator, roll out on flour covered with silicone Mat (size 60X40) as thin as possible.
Melt the broken pieces of the chocolate in a water bath, adding the cream, stir until smooth. Add 1 tsp. instant coffee, stir.
To grease with a thin layer of melted chocolate in the surface of the dough, leaving the edges for 5 -7 cm (I left the less, it was harder to roll out!)
Wrap the top third of the dough.
Then the bottom third of the dough.
Roll the dough thinner and cut into thin strips no wider than 1 cm (using pizza cutter).
Baking tray lay a baking paper of good quality. Each ribbon is rolled into a spiral and lay on a baking sheet. Cover with a cloth and leave to rise for at least 30-40 minutes.
Bake in a well preheated oven at 180 C until lightly blush 10-15 minutes. To pull the pan with the spirals, flip to the other side. To collapse them and not break, it is necessary to grease with melted butter or a sweet warm syrup former bottom, and after turning over.
Then quickly turn tight roll of spirals, wrap it in greaseproof paper and Topcem until cooked another 15-20 minutes (focus on your oven!). Hot grease hot syrup ( 2 tablespoons sugar to boil with 4 tablespoons of water). Allow to cool and serve!
