Cooking
Butter softening, the whites from the yolks separated
Mix the egg yolks with butter, add the flour, baking powder and vanilla
Knead the dough. wrap in strijkplank, put into the fridge for 1-2 hours (I'm in the freezer for 30 min) take out, divide into 2/3 and 1/3, a smaller part again in the freezer
Prepare the filling. Mix beaten egg whites with sugar, yogurt and sour cream
Pour filling over pre-laid out on the batter with curved edges
Grate on a grater for the second part of the test
Put into the oven for 30 minutes at 180C
Take out, let cool, cut, treat home and enjoy the great taste. SAVORY!
