Yoghurt cake
Very delicious and moist cake for all occasions. Brought the recipe from Germany (a friend shared). I wanted to surprise her "culinary masterpiece" in the form of Cheesecake, but... she surprised me with her masterpiece, why do not found this on the Cook, and I can not share the original and simple recipe

Ingredients

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Yogurt

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Egg white

    4 piece

Cooking

Butter softening, the whites from the yolks separated

Mix the egg yolks with butter, add the flour, baking powder and vanilla

Knead the dough. wrap in strijkplank, put into the fridge for 1-2 hours (I'm in the freezer for 30 min) take out, divide into 2/3 and 1/3, a smaller part again in the freezer

Prepare the filling. Mix beaten egg whites with sugar, yogurt and sour cream

Pour filling over pre-laid out on the batter with curved edges
