Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    400 g

  • Sugar

  • Nuts

    30 g

Cooking

step-0
I had two plates of flaky unleavened dough. after cooking I read online that croissants need to take the puff pastry (this information was copied and brought into brief description of the dish, for the inexperienced like me). but these turned out very tasty.
step-1
The dough a little roll out and cut into long triangles.
step-2
Now the most important thing. in the middle of the base of the triangle to make an incision with a length of approximately 1.5 - 2 cm.
step-3
Begin rolling with a thin tube with the base of the triangle, giving a Crescent shape (the photo shows that a split is very easy to do). pre-put whatever toppings you want (I did with the nuts+sugar and just sugar).
step-4
Continue to twist
step-5
The tip should be tucked in and lay flat on the baking sheet to a croissant not untwist during baking. you can brush with beaten egg. and here is a croissant we get. bake at t 180-200C for 15-20 min.
step-6
But my stuffing, triangle sprinkle with sugar and crushed nuts, to cut and roll.
step-7
Bon appetit!!!
