Ingredients
//= Yii::t('app', 'Total calories: ') . $recipe['ingredients']['total_calories'] ?>
Peel onion and garlic; if you're lucky like me, the garlic is large))
Wash, peel and cut into convenient slices of bell pepper
3-liter jar: a couple of fairly thick sliced rings of onion, 2 small slice red hot pepper, 2 Bay leaves, 2 peas allspice, 3-5 peas of black pepper, umbrella dill, a few leaves of cherry (can currant), a couple of zubochkov garlic
Now the fun begins))) make a small and not very deep cut the tomatoes (the tomatoes need to take a tight with a fairly thick skin)
In the cut trying to put the garlic (if small, then as a whole, well, and if large - cut)
Next, lay the tomatoes, the gaps I fill the peppers, you can periodically deciduate onion rings
When the jar is filled, prepare the brine - everything is simple: 1 liter of water - 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon vinegar (I 9%). Boil the brine - filled jars covered with lids, wrapped, waiting 1-2 hours, rest)
After 1-2 hours, drain the brine from the jars back into the saucepan, again boil it, at the same time boil the lids (I, banks only mine, not sterilized). Pour the brine back in the banks and roll, flip, covered, leave for the night. In the morning you can put on a shelf.
