First I want to say that everything is prepared is not difficult, but long. And just because of the fact that for a long time the peas, so if you cook it in advance, the process is much accelerated. So the peas need to be soaked in cold water. The longer the soak, the less stew.
Through 3,5,10,12 hours of Your choice, put the peas on to cook. Cook until fully cooked. It took me three hours, but soak the peas were short, only a couple of hours.
Meanwhile, take the paste. For this, we shall cut cubes onion and fry it in vegetable oil.
In warm water, add onions (along with oil), yeast, salt and sugar.
Add flour. The number I pointed out to 2.5 cups, it took me so much, along with the mixing, but I suggest to focus on the place for the flour, it may need a little more or less. The dough should be soft but not adhering to the hands.
The dough a little knead on the table and put back in the bowl and leave in a warm place (just near the stove) to rise. How much time will it take - depends on the yeast, flour, temperature and mood (and Your test). I went well over 1.5 hours.

Meanwhile, cook the peas (I at the end of cooking, I podarila - to taste). I shredded it in the blender. But it does not matter. No matter how You do it (you can use a mixer, in a food processor, through a meat grinder, but just through a sieve), the main thing is to obtain a puree.
Now pour into a saucepan a glass of water, bring to a boil, lightly salt and add spices.
With vigorous stirring, add in water, 0.5 cups semolina. Proverjaem until thick.
From the mass roll balls-peas. To do so very easily, the mass of plastic and practically does not stick to hands. Coat balls in breadcrumbs.
And fry in vegetable oil. Very comfortable in the deep fryer, but if not, then a large amount of oil.
These are the peas. I have them stacked on a paper towel to rid of excess oil.
For the sauce, onion grind in a blender, or just finely chop. Fry in vegetable oil.
Add chopped, in the blender (or finely chopped), mushrooms. Salt and pepper - to taste. Add a little water, cover and simmer for 7 minutes over medium heat.
Now assemble the dish. "Pods" in half lengthwise and coat with sauce.
Put "peas" and decorate with parsley. Serve immediately, warm (with warming in the microwave, taste and properties of their never loses).
