Stewed cabbage with mushrooms simkowski
In all cabbage dishes I always mix fresh and sauerkraut. Even I was surprised that such a recipe is on the website. A very aromatic, tasty and healthy dish. In the Post just find, and me on my diet too. This cabbage I tried from the wife of a former soldier, they live in new settlements on the edge of our village, hence the name. The dish can be eaten as a cold snack or a hot dish.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

  • Mushrooms

  • Onion

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Dill

    1 tsp

Onions and garlic peel and cut into small cubes. On a hot frying pan, pour vegetable oil, put the onion and garlic and fry for two minutes on medium heat until transparent.

Add sauerkraut. If the cabbage is very sour, you can wash but not recommended, as it will wash a lot of vitamins. I never wash off, like sour to this dish. Fry the cabbage for 2-3 minutes. I fry on high heat to lightly dried up and fried.
