I have next to the house is a wonderful Georgian restaurant. My wife and I sometimes go there and eat... Among other things in the menu they have listed "Mushrooms Chkmeruli in Kazakh", very tasty, I tell you! I set out to do, to try this at home... Continued in the recipe.
