Crispy beets
We all know about the usefulness of beet, only often use it in cooked form. I wanted it raw, but delicious way. The recipe is not complicated and I'm sure there is, but I was cooking on the go. And I did it.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

Cooking

Beets wash and clean. Not necessary to boil.

Grate on a coarse grater or the grater for carrots in Korean. I used bernasovsky a grater with small nozzle.

Put grated beets in a bowl.

Peel the garlic cloves.

Skip through chesnokodavku garlic in a bowl with beets. Add salt, sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil.

Cover with a saucer, put on top of a press, for example a jar of water and refrigerate. (I have in the fridge there was a shallow pot of soup, it is something I was weight).

Stood my beets 2 days because I forgot about it. She may be in a day were ready – I don't know. But in two – it was even better than I expected. So crispy and juicy, just lovely.
