Lagman is a lovely dish that is good because it can be used both as first and as second dish. In addition, lagman perfectly stored for several days in the refrigerator and tastes even better. Anyway, this dish is for those who are tired of soups and borscht.

  • Potatoes

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Noodles

    500 g

  • Seasoning

    1 pack

  • Water

  • Salt

  • Greens


Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
In a saucepan or pot with a thick bottom in vegetable oil until Golden brown fry the meat.
To the meat add the chopped onion and continue to fry.
Arbitrarily add the chopped carrots and continue to fry.
Arbitrarily add the chopped tomatoes and simmer all together for about 15 minutes.
Then randomly add the chopped potatoes. Add water - enough to make a thick soup. Add the seasoning. All together on low heat cook until the potatoes are done, about 25 minutes. Adding at the end the tomato paste.
Separately cook the noodles for lagman, as written on the packaging. By the time it will take approximately 6 minutes. In a plate put the noodles for lagman. Pour gravy how much someone loves. Sprinkle top of favorite greens.
