  • Pumpkin

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Muesli

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Cut a piece of pumpkin and prepare food for Breakfast.

Cut the pumpkin in small pieces and send in the mug of the blender along with the yogurt.

Good break, add chopped banana and honey. All to connect.

Pour water with lemon and all of the little whip. Served with baked granola.
