It's 2 pieces of chicken. I boiled in a small amount of water from the dry roots (onions, leeks, celery and parsley root, carrots, greens).
It's boiled chicken and a set of products that we will need for the preparation of Brawn. The carrots I cooked until soft, I really like it when the vegetables slightly crunched.
The chicken disassembled into large fiber, season with garlic and mix with the vegetables.
2/3 Cup of the broth obtained from cooking the chicken, let it cool and soak it in 1 tbsp of gelatin for 30 min. Swollen gelatin heated on the stove, stirring constantly, until dissolved. Do not boil.
To combine gelatin with chicken mixture and mix well. To put Brawn in a plastic bottle with a cut neck and put into the refrigerator until cool.

After one and a half days in the fridge, Brawn can cut perfectly smooth slices, like a sausage.
To accelerate the consumption process, you can add more gelatin.
