Very simple but tasty and elegant appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Trout

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boil the fish.

Remove seeds and mash with a fork.

To the fish add the egg yolks, mayonnaise, garlic salt and pepper

Proteins to stretch and combine with finely chopped greens.
