To prepare walnut-gram pralines. The chickpeas soak in cold water and leave overnight. In the morning, drain the chickpeas, rinse under cold water. Pour again water and put on fire. Bring to boil and cook over high heat for 10 minutes. Lightly salt. Then the fire abated and cook until tender, about 60 minutes. Ready chickpeas drain in a sieve to drain excess fluid. Cool completely.
Mix the nuts (I had salted peanuts and some almonds), cooled chickpeas and and punch in the bowl of a blender. If the blender is weak in power, then break the nuts and nut parts.
Dissolve in the hot cream 100 grams of chocolate.
Pour hot chocolate milk mixture into walnut-gram mass. Mix well.
When the mass is homogeneous, mix in the softened butter.
Crumble the wafers in a large crumb.
And add to chocolate mass and mix well.
To prepare the ground for future candy. Melt 100 grams of chocolate. I do it in the microwave. The finished candy can be easily taken by hand and stored at room temperature, chocolate is better to bring. Do I temper so heat the chocolate in the microwave every 10 seconds to thoroughly mix the chocolate, pulling a bowl of chocolate out of the microwave. Repeat the process until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Chocolate becomes very smooth and shiny.

Remove the chocolate balls from the sticks with a fork and lay them on foil to let the chocolate fully harden.
