This pastry is a frequent guest in our house. Very convenient as a snack to children at school and at home. And adult leaves no one indifferent. Incredibly delicious. I offer a filling of minced beef or ham with bacon. But the filling can be completely different: a mixture of different cheese, or stuffed vegetables - that will tell you your imagination.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    0.5 kg

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Cheese

    2.5 cup

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Butter

    100 g

Cooking

In a bowl, combine the flour, salt and olive oil. Hands thoroughly stirred to obtain a homogeneous mass.

Boats lay on a baking sheet and put in a preheated 190 degree oven for 10 minutes.
