                            Cabbage cut into small squares. Carrots and beets RUB on a coarse grater, onion cut into rings. All stacked in layers in prepared dish, I use a 3-liter jar. If you are going to use a jar, then fill jar tightly. For sharpness you can add hot pepper.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Brine:in boiling water add salt, sugar, oil, vinegar. When waiting to boil, switch off and pour the cabbage. On top you need to put some weight. If the sprouts in a jar, at the bottom of the banks put a knife to burst. The cabbage should stand for at least 5 hours.
