Tasty cabbage with beets
Simple and very tasty! Maybe the recipe is not new, but I really like it.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Water

    1 l

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    80 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    150 ml

Cabbage cut into small squares. Carrots and beets RUB on a coarse grater, onion cut into rings. All stacked in layers in prepared dish, I use a 3-liter jar. If you are going to use a jar, then fill jar tightly. For sharpness you can add hot pepper.

Brine:in boiling water add salt, sugar, oil, vinegar. When waiting to boil, switch off and pour the cabbage. On top you need to put some weight. If the sprouts in a jar, at the bottom of the banks put a knife to burst. The cabbage should stand for at least 5 hours. Stored in the refrigerator.
