Cooking
First we need to boil the rice and cool it. I used the rice "Orient" TM "Mistral"
For this dish, I used ready Lecho. But you can use fresh peppers (or frozen chopped) and tomato juice (or sauce)
If you use Lecho, you will need to separate the pepper from the sauce in which it is located (for example, throwing in a sieve or colander)
Pepper of flour (or fresh) finely chop
Finely chop the onion, carrots to grate and fry with vegetable oil, allow to cool If using fresh pepper, then sauté it with onions and carrots. If you use Lecho, then sauté the pepper is not necessary
In forcemeat add the rice and salt, stir
Same here and add the sliced peppers and fried onions and carrots, stir well to dislodge and leave the lid on for 10-15 minutes
To form cutlets and to put them in a form
In the remaining sauce from the flour add sour cream
Stir until smooth, season to taste (I added a little salt, sugar and pepper mixture), if necessary, be diluted with water - the sauce should be liquid
Pour the sauce over the "stuffed peppers" and put in the oven. I cooked at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes. Be guided by your oven
Here are juicy and rosy they are, the sauce thickens while cooking. You can eat just like that though, even with the garnish! Welcome to the table!
