The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user Greenglazky called "Chicken breast Catalan" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Very fragrant and tasty dish. And this coloring, I also very happy.

Cooking
The chicken Breasts with salt and pepper. And fry in olive oil until Golden brown on each side. Put them on a plate and set aside until aside. The author proposed to shift them to a napkin. I don't suggest, since they yield the juice, which I then poured together with the Breasts in the pan.
Chop the onion and pepper.
Fry them too in olive oil.
Add the finely chopped garlic. And fry some more.
Put in the pan tomatoes with the juice. (I removed the tomato skins and cut them) Pour in the stock. Add Bay leaf, Basil, 0.5 teaspoon of salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
Add the rice, cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
There chicken Breasts and simmer for another 15 minutes.
In the end, add chopped olives (and without them), cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 20 minutes. Everything is ready, you can serve and eat.
