Salad
The name of this salad accidentally gave my mother. When I made it the first time and gave it a try. Say, "how is bean?". Mom replies: "Oh, evil!". The salad is spicy and savory.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    300 g

  • Onion

    200 g

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

  • Adjika

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dill

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

The salad is better to use red beans. I used kidney beans "Kidney" from the Mistral. It needs to be soaked overnight and then boil until tender with salt and cool
