Salad
Panzanella with roasted peppers and a dressing of soy sauce and capers. Very tasty and simple in execution, the salad will decorate any holiday table!

Ingredients

  • Baguette

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    200 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Bell pepper bake in a preheated 180 degree oven, then put it in a plastic bag and leave for 15 minutes. Thanks to this manipulation, the skin that you want to clean, can be easily removed.
