Sauce
Well in season apples not to indulge in Apple sauce, and not just Apple with a spicy mustard taste. Complement this sauce the flavor of meat and fish.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    4 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Mustard

    4 tsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

The Apple bake until tender. I do this in the microwave, covering them with a plate. Of course, you can do it in the oven, but faster.

Remove the skin and all the insides, leaving on the same plate where the Apple was baked, because during the baking generates a lot of sweet juice. Grind until smooth, possible with blender, but we like it more "rough" texture, when you get small pieces of Apple.

Add French mustard (of course, it is possible and easy, but French is much more interesting taste), add salt and pepper (salt for this recipe, I really like the sea), carefully stir until smooth, trying!

Thinner consistency and subtle flavor added by using olive oil, you can add more/less, I pointed out the proportions of the two portions of the sauce.

And the final chord is fresh lemon juice.

Try, salt/pepper, you can add more to taste. If I say that it is delicious, I you cheat... this is a very tasty, juicy, meat, fish and even simple to fresh meatballs. Bon appetit!
