Cooking

step-0
The products required. The original recipe is "juice" tamarind. Quote how to make it: "ten grams of dried tamarind you need about 50 ml of warm water. Soak it, give a little stand and wring well. The resulting liquid is tamarind juice". But since we have this "beast-tamarind" I didn't see that we can do without him.
step-1
Peppers and pierce with a toothpick in several places, brush with olive oil and send in a preheated 180°C oven for about 30 minutes. Ready peppers cleaned of seeds and peel (to peel easily removed, leave the peppers under cover for a few minutes).
step-2
Cleaned peppers and grind in a blender along with the garlic.
step-3
Add the coriander, soy sauce and honey. Mix well.
step-4
The sauce is ready. Bon appetit!
