Eateries buns with melted cheese
Buns this recipe came out very airy and somewhat reminiscent of the baked puff pastry. A lovely savoury version of muffins for Breakfast, tea, coffee. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Cheese

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

For baking rolls, take the yeast "SAF-MOMENT"

For the dough sift flour in bowl, add dry yeast "SAF-MOMENT", salt, sugar. Mix well so that all ingredients (especially the yeast) evenly distributed by volume. In the center of the flour slides make a well and pour in the warm milk.
