Cooking
Gather the ingredients for the dough.
Whisk egg with vegetable oil TM"generous gift" to the state of a homogeneous emulsion.
Add warm water and flour. Knead the soft homogeneous dough that does not stick to hands and table surface. Cover the dough with a linen cloth and let it rest for 30-40 minutes.
For the filling we will need a very large Apple or 2 medium, raisins, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice.
Apple cleaned from skin and core, grate on a coarse grater. Immediately sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Mixed raisins, sugar and cinnamon. Prepare the stuffing immediately before the formation vertuty, so the apples don't have time to take a lot of juice.
We divide our dough into 2-3 equal pieces (depending on size vertut) and very thinly roll out the dough into the reservoir. The thickness of the dough should be as thin as possible - this is the secret to a tasty vertuty. Grease the rolled out layer of dough with vegetable oil and spread our stuffing.
Wrap the stuffing in a roll and formed from it the snail. Spread on parchment.
Virtute sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon. Send in a preheated 170 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Moldavian layer pie should be well browned.
