Cooking
First I cook the yogurt. It is very simple, using a bacterial starter culture "Natural yogurt" and yogurt maker thermos from "OURSSON".
Jar for making yogurt sterilize them. Use milk at room temperature.
In a clean and dry jar pour the sachet of starter culture "Natural yoghurt".
Close the jar lid. Shake it for 2-3 minutes so the yeast has dissolved. In a thermos pour hot water up to that mark. Put the jar with the milk mixture in a thermos, close it. Leave for 6-10 hours. My yogurt was prepared 9 hours.
Ready yogurt in 8 hours. ( I could not resist and tasted it. Very soft and gentle, with a pleasant acidity.) Yoghurt put into the refrigerator. I left for 6 hours.
Chilled yoghurt. Yogurt was even better - great!
To highlight all the benefits and taste of yogurt, I decided to prepare a very soft, creamy cocktail. Have prepared products.
In a Cup pour cereal and added sugar. Filled with hot water. Cover and leave for 5 minutes.
Apple washed and cut cubes.
Apple put in a Cup and baked in the microwave for 1 minute on full power.
In a Cup put the steamed cereal, baked Apple. Added cinnamon ( pinch).
Grind up all ingredients with a blender.
Again, all whipped in a blender.
