This unusual appetizer of crispy lavash will delight you with its taste. The idea of this snack I want to thank Leila ("CIGAR BEREK")
Cooking
Boil the ventricles and hearts
and grind them in a blender.
Dill and onion puree them with a knife and add to the giblets. Using a fine grater grate the cheese
mix it with other ingredients, add the egg yolks, salt, pepper and mix well. The stuffing is ready.
Now cut the pita bread into triangles, on the edge of the pita spread the filling and wrap in the form of "cigars", oiling the tips of the protein.
Fry them in vegetable oil. After roasting put "cigars" on a napkin to remove excess fat. Crispy beauties are ready! Bon appetit!
