Description
Very nice, airy and delicious! My husband loved this dish that we decided to repeat it the next day. However, the filling I made is a bit different: crab meat and fish fillet. Try it, and I'm sure you'll love it too! For the contest "give me tonight"

Cooking
For these Valentines I had mold in the shape of a heart. Lubricate the molds with oil.
Shrimp defrosted in the microwave. Remove from the shell.
Grate cheese on a fine grater. Part of the mix with finely chopped dill and parsley.
Fish fillets cut into strips.
Striped fillet sprinkle with cheese and put a few shrimp. Salt.
Collapsible roll and fasten thread (you can use a toothpick). Salt a bit. So to do with each fish strip.
In a frying pan butter and fry the rolls until almost cooked. If the rolls turned out the oil, then lightly soak with a napkin.
Oiled ramekins set on a baking sheet and put them in for 2-3 rolls.
Remaining cheese in a blender grind with egg yolks into a homogeneous mass. Proteins, beat with salt in a lush foam.
Carefully enter the proteins in the cheese mass.
Quickly fill the molds, not allowing the squirrels to fall.
Bake in very hot oven for 12-15 minutes, and stays turned lush with a well toasted crust.
Here is the Valentine sectional.
