Cooking
To prepare food: wash the vegetables and clean, wash the meat and cut into large cubes.
Mince the meat twice through a meat grinder.
Pour 2 tbsp oil in a large frying pan with a thick bottom, put the minced meat, salt, pepper and a good sear. Put aside for a while.

Back in saucepan the minced meat, together with juice,
Pour the broth and cook on low heat until cooked potatoes.
To introduce cheese (I had cream cheese President in trays) and stir until it is completely dissolved.
Then pour in the hot milk,
Salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, add diluted in water starch and boil for a few minutes. Turn off the heat and add the finely chopped garlic and, if desired, sour cream (I did not add). Test the soup for salt
And serve, generously sprinkled with parsley.
