Mushroom soup
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user cinderella called "mushroom soup" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring& amp;quot;. "Soup - southern Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian name of liquid broth with some filler"- "Culinary dictionary" by V. V. Pokhlebkin. The author of the recipe suggested to cook the Soup with mushrooms, as there were mushrooms. I decided not to change anything. It turned out not difficult, quick, and mushroom soup.


  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Greens


Potatoes clean, cut into strips and cooked (I used a 2-liter pot).
Until cooked potatoes, finely chop onion, carrot grate.
Onions lightly fry in vegetable oil. Then to the onions add the carrots.
Wash mushrooms and grate on a coarse grater.
Add the mushrooms to the onions and carrots, season with salt and pepper and simmer until the disappearance of the liquid. Add the flour, sour cream, greens and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes.
When potatoes are fully cooked, add contents of skillet to a saucepan and boil for 5 minutes. Bon appetit!
