Pyttipanna
Pyttipanna - Swedish fried potatoes with onions and bacon. A very interesting side dish, which, however, can be served as a separate dish. Instead of salt I added some soy sauce - turned out great! If You love fried potatoes - recipe will certainly appeal and variety to Your table. Fast, simple and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    800 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes (like in soup).

Fry with oil until Golden brown.

Spread the potatoes around the edges of the pan, leaving space in the center. Put in the center of the diced onion. Fry all the onion until zolotisty.

Then stir and spread again on the edges of the pan.

In the center put the diced bacon (you can use any smoked meat or ham).

Fry all until Golden bacon. Then mix.

Add the soy sauce. I use light soy sauce TM Cccamp.

Mix. I want to add that dish I'm not salted, because I added soy sauce, and the bacon quite salty.
