In our big group, there is a tradition that the last Friday of December we all (and that's 600 with children and domochadtsy!) gather on the square in our residential campus and celebrate the upcoming holidays. Everyone brings something to the table: some planed salads, other snacks, someone casts a spell with barbecue. This year I decided to please the men canapés bacon. While fried skewers, in the cold, but with a glass "for sugreva" is most appropriate!

Cooking
1. Let's start with the meat. I had a wonderful meat-pramana salty brisket. But it is possible to use the fat streaked with meat.
2. Meat finely cut. Around here these pieces.
3. With bread cut the crusts and cut into cubes.
4. Fresh cucumber cut into quarters with a thickness of 5-7 mm.

8. Begin to collect kaneuski: pinned pickles, then meat, third is bread.
9. Then draw the ball with canapés, sticking them around the cabbage.
