Here is our fish fillet.
For the marinade, mix all the other ingredients (except Lavrushka) and mix well. I did it in a shaker. With the help of the blender (as advised in the recipe). At this stage you can (I think should) try a marinade taste. For example, I added a little more sugar. Half of the marinade, pour it into the container
Put the fish on it Bay leaf on top and pour remaining marinade. Close the lid (or foil) and put into the fridge for 2-3 days. Daily fish need to flip.
Very tasty on a slice of black bread with butter and lettuce. Although, just too delicious. Store in the refrigerator.
