Cooking
We must start with the sauce. Squeeze the juice of two oranges, half a lemon, crush a clove of garlic. In a pot bring to boil orange and lemon juices, add the garlic, a tablespoon of sugar and a drop or two of Tabasco (you can substitute a pinch of red pepper).
