Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    12 piece

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Corn starch

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    25 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Orange juice

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

We must start with the sauce. Squeeze the juice of two oranges, half a lemon, crush a clove of garlic. In a pot bring to boil orange and lemon juices, add the garlic, a tablespoon of sugar and a drop or two of Tabasco (you can substitute a pinch of red pepper). Try it, if oranges got sour, the amount of sugar can be increased. On medium heat cook for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat, let cool down.

Each shrimp and dip first in the protein mixture, then in sesame seed. Carefully put shrimp into the pan and fry each for 3 minutes until Golden brown. Tip - never add into a bowl from whole sesame seeds. He quickly gets wet from the protein and ill stick to shrimp. Add it gradually, better yet, just sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the shrimp, holding it over the plate.
