A recipe from the latest issue of the magazine "Culinary workshop". The only thing changed in the recipe - I added sun-dried tomatoes. In my opinion, it turned out even better, much brighter and prettier.

Cooking
Cheese and butter to RUB on a large grater. Mix well and grind. Add the crushed garlic, dill, sliced tomatoes, freshly ground pepper.
Mass mix well, give it a rectangular shape, wrap in parchment paper and put into the refrigerator for a few hours.
Appetizer cut into slices or cubes, place on a dish. You can decorate mashinkami, greens, sun-dried tomatoes. P. S. I had 370гр. cheese, 170gr. butter, 3 large cloves of garlic, bunch of dill (middle) 4 tomatoes (large). The ingredients wrote the number that was given in the journal.
