Flaky scones with jam and condensed milk
Very, very, very delicious biscuits. I recommend to immediately prepare them. I'm just fascinated by them. Will definitely be baking them again and again. The filling can be any fruit, jams, boiled condensed milk. I made with what was at the moment, boiled condensed milk and orange jam. Ingredients

  • Flour

Yeast (I took 5 gr., it's 1 tsp.) mix with a couple tablespoons of flour and 1 tbsp sugar to warm milk and add to dry ingredients. Mix and allow to activate.

Add the vegetable oil, I was reduced to 80 ml. Egg divided into whites and yolks. Protein vzbit in foam. And add to the bowl the rest of ingredients. Mix well. The yolk will go to grease the surface of the rolls.

Sift the flour and knead the dough. It took me 450 grams of flour.

Thoroughly knead the dough on the working surface, put in a bowl and cover with foil. Put in a warm place Rosstat for 1.5 hours.

The finished dough divided into pieces of approximately 150 grams. I got 5 parts. You can certainly divide and a greater number of pieces is optional, then there will be more layers. Roll each into a ball and cover with foil, let rest for 10-15 minutes, cover it with a towel or film.
