Corn bread
A very simple recipe. For lovers of discovery. And especially for Lara :)*

Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Soda

    0.75 tsp

  • Salt

    0.75 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Combine milk, egg, salt, sugar, soda. Stir with a fork. Whip is not necessary!

Mix the mixture with cornmeal. Again with a fork, not whisking. The dough will be liquid.

The form in which to bake the bread, grease with vegetable oil. I use ceramic portions molds. It is not necessary to bake this bread in great shape. The dough is liquid, so in small tins baked through much better. In the prepared dish and pour the batter. Just before the "spill" the dough should be mixed, as the flour settles to the bottom.

Bake in preheated to 180-200*With the oven. The crust got a pretty good tan. The readiness check splinter. This bread can be baked with additives, very different. Meat, ham, cheese, vegetables, chopped into pieces, greens great variety to the taste of the bread. Adding nuts, candied and/or dried fruit, get a dessert option. Serve it with the soup, broth, salad, and just with your favorite sauce very tasty. And can be eaten with jam or marmalade.

It's all very simple. Citrus clear skin (and you can leave, then the taste and texture will be less sensitive), remove from bones, cut into pieces, punching blender. Add sugar to taste and boil. If long-term storage in the plans is not included, then a few minutes will be enough for the sugar sold. Otherwise, the cooking time should be increased.
