Cooking
Prepare yeast dough: Sift in a bowl 3 tablespoons of flour, mix with dry yeast, add warm milk, stir well. Postpone the dough aside for as long as it does not rise, light foam. Melt the butter, add to it 3 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 5 grams of vanilla sugar and egg. Mix well. Connect approached the dough with oil mixture. Gradually adding flour, knead a soft dough. Cover it with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough should rise and increase in size 2 times
Prepare the filling: cottage cheese carefully knead, add sugar, egg, 1 tablespoon semolina, 5 grams of vanilla sugar. Mix well until smooth.
Roll the dough in single layer 6-7 mm and spread evenly over the surface curd.
