Yogurt Panna cotta with strawberry coulis
I think there are a lot of people indifferent to this wonderful dessert. Creamy delicate flavor, velvety consistency - how can you stand here? And in combination with strawberry coulis Panna cotta even better! Ideal for a romantic dinner!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    300 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    7 g

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Strawberry

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Heat cream with sugar, it needs to dissolve completely. If using powdered sugar, you cream do not heat be enough to stir them in the dust.

Soak gelatine in cold boiled water for 10 minutes, then warm in the microwave 1 minute at 300 watts, mix well. Add the gelatin into the cream, stir and let the cream cool to warm.

Then add the yogurt and mix well.

To arrange the dessert cups and put into the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably overnight.
