Cooking
Prepare the rice as in the recipe "Rolls "rose" salmon".
My cucumber, cut into 4 pieces lengthwise, cut out seeds.
Slice the cucumber into thin strips (a lot of us do not need cucumber, 1/4 part enough).
Salmon cut into thin strips.
Rice is divided into 2 parts (one part should be a little more). A smaller portion of rice mixed with ROE capelin.
Take a sheet of nori, spread it on bamboo Mat, covered with foil. On top of the nori with wet hands evenly spread the rice thickness of about 0.5-0.4 cm
On top again put a sheet of nori.
The rice is now mixed with orange caviar, capelin, spread on top of second sheet of nori. With wet hands gently press the rice.
Shift the workpiece on a Board, cut into strips with a thickness of about 1.5 cm with a sharp knife, moistened with water (after each cut the knife should be wiped with a cloth and re-moisten with water).
Lay out the strips, turning them so that you could see the white and orange layer of rice on a bamboo Mat covered with foil.
On top lay thin strips of cucumber and salmon.
Lift the edge of the bamboo Mat and fold the roll.
Lay the roll on the Board. Carefully cut into individual pieces with a sharp knife, first in half and then into 3-4 pieces (thickness of rolls is not more than 1.5 cm). Below the rolls were not cut well, a knife moistened with water, and after each cut wipe it with a tissue and re-moistened with water. Serve rolls with soy sauce. Bon appétit!
