Celtic cookies
I offer unusual cookies in the form of a Celtic knot. These cookies are perfect with a Cup of coffee. The taste won't even say it's the cookies prepared with the addition of whole wheat flour. Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

In the recipe I've measured foods a glass of 240 ml. For biscuits need molasses, but because it is difficult to buy, I was cooking like molasses itself. For its preparation I used brown sugar "Demerara". In a bowl, poured sugar.

Combine the flour and the butter mass to obtain a soft and homogeneous dough (it is advisable to knead the mass as quickly as possible). The dough I placed in a bag and put into the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
