Eggplant is a very interesting vegetable. Dishes made from aubergines, very tasty.

Cooking
Wash the eggplants, sweet pepper, spread on bars. Bake in the oven.
To put from the oven into a bowl.
Eggplant and peppers are cleaned from the skins.
Put into plastic bags and freeze in the freezer.
In winter, to cook a snack. This eggplant and pepper spread out of the freezer to defrost. Eggplant coarsely chop, fry in a pan with vegetable oil, allow to cool, beat with a blender. Add chopped red pepper, chopped onion, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, mayonnaise.
Put in a salad bowl, spread on bread.
