Pumps of pita meat and cheese
Tomorrow going on a journey... Thought that would bring))) Husband asked for a meat pie from a pita))) to Make a big cake and cutting it is not very convenient... I decided to make the likeness of Shawarma )))and Decided to show you)))I Hope I have not bothered with the recipes of pita)))Maybe useful to someone)))

  • Tomato

  • Parsley

  • Onion

  • Yogurt

    0.66 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece


Meat cut into slices... and fry with onions, tomato... salt and pepper.. add the chopped greens.. (better thinner slice them and fry just a few minutes.. until they are white... then the meat will be juicy).. Or take the ready-made stuffing.. and fry.. (if ready to take... that first before frying, put in a sieve... sieve lowered into the boiling water, just a couple of minutes... then fried)
Meat skip through Mincer or grinding in food processor)
One egg mix with 2/3 Cup. kefir... the Pita dipped in yogurt.. just for a few seconds... the whole pita was covered in yogurt (don't need to leave the pita bread in yogurt as in the previous recipe)
Lay the pita bread... sprinkle top with grated cheese.. (better type Adyghe... or any hard)
Top the cheese stuffing... if no meat... just cheese... the cheese... more cheese on top of greens)
Wrap as you wish... or both sides wrap... like towards each other and in the middle put cheese... or just like Shawarma in a tube..
Put into the oven for 10 minutes... baked at a temperature of 240*C
