Salad
I want to offer You our Primorsky, far East version of the popular Chinese salad "Shandong&am p;quot;. And just want to advertise lavash as a great "packaging&a mp;quot; for snacks at the picnic.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    200 g

  • Meat

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Pita

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Greens

Cooking

Take a cucumber, wash, cut into cubes, pour soy sauce "Kikkoman" and set aside to marinate for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.

The original recipe used beef, but in the version that I want to offer You I preferred to take bold pork (neck). Since beef is still dry. You decide what meat to take. My meat under running water, dry it with a towel (I don't know why), put in salted water and cook until tender. The finished meat is allowed to cool down, even better to put in the fridge so it's easier to cut. The cooled meat is cut into cubes and add to the cucumbers.

Cut pickled mushrooms and add to the meat and cucumbers.

Add finely chopped garlic, the Chinese do not use chesnokodavilku.

The original recipe greens not being used, but I add minced cilantro. Mix everything. The salad should infuse for at least half an hour. In this form, and take it on a picnic.

Fry the pita on the grill over coals for 2-3 minutes on each side. It turns out crispy pita bread on the outside and juicy salad inside. For clarity, I used at home the grill pan.

Serve immediately. This appetizer I recommend to apply soy sauce "Kikkoman". It's not just tasty, it's delicious! Have a nice stay!
