Lavash with cheese
In nature, this dish goes with a BANG! Melted cheese in a crispy pita bread... mmmmm - yummy! It will appeal not only adults but also children, and you can cook not only on the grill but in a pan. Come to my debut.

Ingredients

  • Pita

    6 piece

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Greens

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

To cook all foods. Sliced cheese (different kinds) small cubes.

From tomatoes to remove the middle and also cut into cubes. Finely chop the herbs, all combine and add mayonnaise.

Mix well. It is important to avoid a lot of juice, or the pita will get soggy.

Pita bread cut in half, the half to put a bit of filling and roll tightly the edges.

So repeat with all the halves and put it all on the grill.

Fry on the grill on a small heat, turning regularly. Cooked very quickly. Importantly, the pita is well flushed, and the filling is well warmed.

That's all ready lavash is crispy, cheese melted and stretches. Simple, super-delicious. This is a dish we always eat in nature, it disperse immediately. Bon appetit! By the way, it can be cooked at home in a frying pan.
