Delicious, juicy, soft and super flavorful meatless bean burgers. Creamy due to the fried onions with carrots, and piquant-spicy by adzhika and garlic. Without the addition of flour, semolina and breadcrumbs. Well sooooo tasty! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • Adjika

Onion cut into small cubes, carrots grate on a grater and put to fry vegetables in small amount of vegetable oil. Beans I soak overnight, in the morning dump the water, pour fresh and cook the beans without salt. Spread the finished beans in a colander to glass excess fluid.

In the bowl of a blender, spread the beans, sauteed vegetables, soy sauce and peeled garlic. Porirua into a homogeneous mass. Spread the stuffing in a bowl, add salt and seasoning, stir, and allow to stand for minced meat for 20 minutes.
