Description
Great porridge - delicious, flavorful, lean and very satisfying! Was looking through the recipes - there are similar, but more complex, multicomponent, and may be less economical. My husband, who does not recognize the food without meat, eats for both cheeks and he has arms for ears. So happy and safely add and highly recommend!

Cooking
Pour cereals, thoroughly washed with cold water. Cooked the other day - for the sake of experiment additionally added split peas (100 grams) was very tasty.
Finely chop the onion (by the way, one such a device is not present, I recommend to buy - very handy thing!)
Bassirou vegetables in oil for 15 minutes. Percha and salt to taste.
Then put in a pot with 2/3 of vegetable mixture, pour cereal, on top spread the remaining 1/3 of the vegetables.
Fill with water (just boiled). If you pour more water (to the level of the vegetables, the porridge is thinner, more elastic). Cook for 40-50 minutes on a slow fire, occasionally stirring and looking. Then wrapped in Newspapers and a blanket for 2-3 hours (or more - depending on the degree of "goodnote" households)
