Appetizer of chicken hearts and peppers in a honey marinade
Very juicy, very tasty, highly recommend!!!

Ingredients

  • The pie

    500 g

  • Sweet pepper

    2 piece

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Chicken hearts wash, remove the ducts and excess fat, boil until tender. Cool, cut into strips.

From pepper to remove the stem and seeds. Put on sheet of foil,wrap and bake for 30 minutes in the oven.

Hot pepper put in a bag and cool.

To remove the skin.

Cut into strips.

Mix the honey, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, salt, pepper, chopped garlic.

To fill this sauce to hearts with pepper. Mix well. Let stand at least 40 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
