Cabbage salad with herbs and grapes
My family loves dishes made from cabbage, so I always look for new recipes. Today, I want to offer to your attention a delicious Kale salad. There are a lot of fresh herbs, seasonal vegetables and two varieties of grapes! It is juicy, crunchy, vitamin, refreshing and very positive!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Green onions

    50 g

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Sorrel

    0.5 coup

  • Grapes

    100 g

  • Carrots

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

Shred the cabbage. Choose salad white cabbage cabbage, this cabbage is more juicy and sweet. To slightly revive the color of the finished dish, I added the Kale literally 1 teaspoon of grated carrots.

Prepare and chop the fennel greens, the leaves of sorrel and green onions. Pink grapes cut into four parts. For this salad I took the grapes "Cardinal", it is virtually seedless, as well as the "Kish-Mish". If the seeds in grapes are present, they must be removed.

Slice strips of fresh cucumber and sweet pepper, and grapes "Kish-Mish" is also cut into four parts.

Prepare the filling: beat with a whisk 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tsp 6% vinegar, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 1 h spoon of sugar and 1/4 tsp of chili.

Put all the vegetables in a salad bowl, add dressing and gently mix. Try on salt, sugar and acid. Serve the salad immediately after cooking.
